Browser Settings & Resolution Information for Valley State Online

Valley State Online supports the following browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and above
• NetScape 6.2 and above
• Safari (Mac) 1.2 and above

Operating Systems supported:

• Any Windows or Mac operating system that can run these browsers is supported.

While Valley State Online does, Express Bill Pay does not support the Firefox browser, but customers are not prohibited from entering Express Bill Pay if they are using Firefox. The use of Firefox could cause unpredictable results.

We recommend that customers use the latest version of each supported browser because of security updates issued from time to time.

Resolution Settings

• We optimize the screens for 800 X 600 monitor resolution so that no horizontal scrolling is necessary.
